Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15-October 15. The history, culture, contributions, and countless achievements of Hispanics are recognized. Hispanic Heritage Month started out as Hispanic Heritage Week in 1968. 20 years later the commemorative week became what we know as Hispanic Heritage Month today.
