As part of our mission, the KPTO organizes programs to enrich the student experience at Kerr.
From the super fun experiences of class parties and Summer Send Off to the educational & super fun programs such as Traveling Art Gallery, After School @Kerr, and Math Pentathlon–our PTO volunteers and fundraising go a long way to make those experiences special for our students.
Our Yearbook Committee also works hard ALL year–from getting orders, taking photos, formatting pages, getting in all the details, assisting parents… And they pull off a great book each year.
Who doesn’t love an ice cream social! We hope to continue those programs and add more family fun events.
….and we enrich the school experience in more ways! The PTO funds a field trip for each grade, a special for the school safety patrol, teacher members get a reimbursement fund for up to $60 a school year, and 5th grade committee and gift.
